"Double Certificate" portrays the tragic story of a fatherof two newborns. As he went to register their birthcertificates, he received the devastating news of theirmartyrdom. The birth certificates he sought becamedeath certificates instead. From this painful moment,The artwork derives its title: "Double Certificate."
